Policies purchased after [23th Mar 2020] will not provide any cover for claims directly or indirectly arising from, relating to or in any way connected with COVID-19 (or any mutation or variation thereof or any related strain). We will not therefore cover claims relating to any inability to travel, any decision not to travel or any changes to travel plans, nor any medical or health related loss or expense incurred, as a result of COVID-19. When Am I Covered?

All benefits, except Trip Cancellation and Travel Postponement Benefits, will start two (2) hours before your Scheduled Departure time from the Philippines or the time at which you start your travel from anywhere in the Philippines.

Your coverage ends on whichever of the following occurs first: two (2) hours after your scheduled time of arrival; expiry of the coverage specified in the Confirmation of Cover; or your return to your place of residence or employment.

For an Annual Plan, the coverage ends forty five (45) days after your departure from the Philippines (inclusive of the date of departure); or two (2) hours after your scheduled time of arrival; or the expiry of the Policy Period specified in the Confirmation of Cover; or your return to your place of residence or employment.

For Trip Cancellation and Travel Postponement Benefits, both benefits take effect upon purchase of the coverage.

What is Maximum Trip Covered?

Single-Trip

For traveling up to 180 days.

Annual Multi-Trip

Maximum 45 days per trip for an unlimited number of trips within the policy year.
