COVID-19 coverage in round trip plan covers Medical Expenses, Repatriation of Mortal Remains, Trip Curtailment, Trip Cancellation and 24 hours Hotline.

Sum insured of COVID-19 benefits vary based on trip type and plan type. For one-way plan, no benefits available.

Note: Insured Persons who are eligible for COVID-19 coverage extension must be aged eighty (80) or below on the date of diagnosis of COVID-19. Maximum trip duration of COVID-19 coverage is thirty (30) days from departure date.

When am I covered?

Insurance coverage under Journey Cancellation, and Loss of Frequent Flyer Points respectively, is effective upon the issuance of the Certificate of Insurance or 30 days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date, whichever is later, and shall terminate upon postponement of the Journey. For all other benefits, insurance is effective upon commencement of the Journey.
