When Am I Covered?

Insurance coverage under Journey Cancellation and Loss of Frequent Flyer Points are effective upon the issuance of the Certificate of Insurance or within 30 days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date, whichever is later, and shall terminate upon commencement of the Journey. For all other benefits, insurance is effective upon commencement of the Journey.

What is the duration of cover?

One-Way policy

Commences 3 hours prior to departure of Scheduled Flight in Singapore and shall terminate 3 hours after arrival of Scheduled Flight at the destination.

Single Trip policy

For a trip up to 180 consecutive days.

Annual Multi-Trip policy

Maximum 90 consecutive days per trip for an unlimited number of trips within the policy year.
